While Dameo has an established presence in physical stores, many customers were still unfamiliar with the convenience and benefits of online shopping. The approach
Our strategy began with a dual-track approach.
The first focus was on raising awareness through targeted campaigns built around specific seasonal and promotional moments, designed to attract attention and drive traffic to the online store. These campaigns served as a gateway for introducing online shopping to a wider audience.
Simultaneously, we launched product catalogue ads supported by dynamic retargeting, an automated system that displays personalized ads based on users’ previous interactions with the website. This ensured continuous engagement and guided potential customers further down the purchase journey.
The results
Meta campaigns built around seasonal offers successfully brought in new users unfamiliar with Dameo’s online store. Product catalogue ads and dynamic retargeting re-engaged visitors and led to a clear increase in items purchased online. The approach also delivered strong efficiency, with a high return on ad spend and improved performance across paid social traffic.
